Return & Refund policy

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products and the Return shipping charges are borne by The Home Upgrade only in the above cases.

To be eligible, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Clear opening photos/videos of the product

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds are issued as:

  • Store Credit (fastest)

  • Original Payment Mode

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The Home Upgrade reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • The product is used/washed

  • The product is returned in poor condition

  • Customer repeatedly misuses return policies

False claims are made

Variations in fabric feel, color perception, print appearance, or other subjective quality preferences are matters of personal opinion and will not qualify for return/refund or exchange.
